About Dance Improvisation
VIDA! is an online dance improvisation class taught by Judy Garfinkel, Mondays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am . You will dance with classmates who love to move and improvise. We will celebrate the wisdom and beauty of our bodies (at any age) while practicing the art of creating spontaneous dances that exist only for the moment that we make them.
In each class, you will explore your creative expression and research connection to your own body and to others.
Dance Improvisation is about awareness of one’s body, mind, emotion and motion and movement in space and with partners and materials. Sign up for the class to play and explore movement right in your own home.
